Price depends on material, gold weight and stone value. Engagement rings range from €1,500 to €8,000+, other jewelry from €500 upward. We prepare an exact quote after consultation.

We accept bank transfer, cash and installment payments (for orders over €2,000). At the start of work we require a 50% deposit, balance on delivery.

Standard production takes 4–6 weeks from design approval. For complex pieces or specific gemstones it may take up to 8 weeks. Exact timing is agreed upon at the first consultation.

Yes. We have experience with international orders. Consultation takes place via video call, designs are sent via email. The finished jewelry is delivered with insured courier service.

We work with 18k and 14k gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum and 925 silver. For gemstones we use natural precious and semi-precious stones — diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, aquamarines and others by client choice.

Yes. We accept your own stones (with proper documentation) and gold for melting. We first assess quality and suitability, then incorporate into the design of your new piece.

Soft brush, lukewarm water and gentle phosphate-free soap. After washing, gently dry with a soft cloth. For engagement rings and everyday jewelry we recommend periodic professional cleaning at our atelier.

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship (structure, build quality) and a 2-year warranty on stone setting. We clean and polish jewelry bought from us free of charge.

We adjust the size free of charge within 2 sizes up or down for one year after purchase. For larger corrections or later, we charge only the material and labor cost.

Yes, every piece comes with a Kraguljevich Jewelry digital certificate. It contains all data about material, stones, craftsmanship and creation date. Verifiable via a unique code on our website.
